An Artist, Cake decorator and Creator, started her work in her early years. She thinks of her art as a means of communication that conveys nature, connectivity and energy in all forms.

Dalia enjoys doing detailed work, as she expresses “when I decorate, I have to have my elbows braced because a lot of what I do is tiny and detailed and requires a steady hand and fine touches.” Throughout the years she has expanded her artistic endeavors, finding new inspiration and ideas from the beauty of nature, animals and birds, which she enjoys recreating through art.

In her late teens, she was already renowned by family and friends for what would become her signature as an artist, a designer and creator from scratch. Dalia graduated with B.Sc. in Biology, but she truly enjoyed being an artist and found herself always involved in the details of wedding planning. This is also where she started indulging in another hobby, painting and sculpturing. She has since then become a talented cake artist and decorator.
